For OceanWeek, BirdLife’s French partner, LPO France is participating in the Ocean Fair (Fête de l'Océan) organised by the Aquarium de la Porte Dorée in Paris. This year's theme is "an ocean of solutions", promoting solutions from and for the ocean to the climate and biodiversity crisis. LPO's stall will be raising awareness about the solutions to seabirds bycatch through a photo exhibition, a boardgame, and a mini quizz.

O'DYSSEY La journée des océans

Surfrider Paris will be participating with a booth and awareness activities in O'DYSSEY - Oceans Day, a free event, that will take place at the Halle des Blancs Manteaux in the 4th arrondissement on Saturday 11 June 2022 from 9am to 7pm in Paris. This initiative is organised by the association Free Spirit in partnership with the Mairie de Paris Centre. Conferences, debates, roundtables, fun workshops for kids, virtual reality, film screenings, art exhibitions and stands will mark the day.
